Scam at RainbowEX: $50 million at stake

The funds of the victims of the alleged pyramid scheme of RainbowEX in San Pedro have still not been withdrawn, and it is estimated that there are nearly 50 million dollars locked up. Experts point out that most of these funds consist of fictitious profits, and there are investors who have deposited between 90 and 100 additional dollars in an attempt to expedite the refund process without results.

According to journalist Maximiliano Firtman from the Argentine News Agency, no one has managed to withdraw the funds intended for the company RainbowEX despite having met the requested requirements, such as paying 88 dollars to activate the accounts. An expert consulted mentioned that the situation indicates that they are no longer returning the funds, as they believe that the company has no intention of refunding the money to the affected parties.

On Friday, through a message on Telegram, it was reported that the deadline to pay the activation fee was extended until Sunday, hoping that investors could finally recover their investment. However, despite this extension, as of early Monday, there were no reports of successful withdrawals of money invested in RainbowEX.

In a statement, the company explained that some users had confusions about the account activation process and that the contributed funds would not be automatically deducted from the available balance. The company is expected to respond to inquiries and complaints from investors affected by this situation, which has generated uncertainty and concern regarding the recovery of invested funds.
